We want every Hamdeeh Covers customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you have experienced an issue with your order or delivery, please follow the steps below to submit a refund or shipping claim request.
Part A: Refund Request
When Can You Request a Refund?
You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
- You received a damaged or defective item
- You received the wrong item
- Your order never arrived within the estimated delivery window
- You cancelled your order before it was dispatched
- You are an EU/Italy-based customer exercising your 14-day right of withdrawal
How to Submit a Refund Request

Email us at support@hamdeehcovers.com with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Order Number]"
- Include the following details in your email:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The reason for your refund request
- Photos of the item (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)
- Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.
Refund Conditions
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached (unless the item is faulty).
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Sale items and personalised/custom orders are non-refundable unless faulty.
Part B: Shipping Issue Request
When to Report a Shipping Issue
- Your package has not arrived beyond the estimated delivery window
- Your tracking information shows no updates for more than 7 business days
- Your package was marked as delivered but not received
- Your package arrived damaged
How to Report a Shipping Issue

Email us at support@hamdeehcovers.com with the subject line: "Shipping Issue – [Your Order Number]"
- Include the following details:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Your tracking number
- A description of the issue
- Photos if the package or item arrived damaged
- We will investigate with the carrier and respond within 2–3 business days.
Estimated Delivery Times (for reference)
