This policy applies specifically to customers purchasing from Hamdeeh Covers who are located in Italy. As a buyer in Italy, you are protected by Italian consumer law and European Union regulations. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Codice del Consumo), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us in writing at support@hamdeehcovers.com before the 14-day period expires. You must then return the item(s) within 14 days of notifying us.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@hamdeehcovers.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Orders shipped to Italy typically arrive within 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing or local postal service delays. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
As Italy is a member of the European Union, orders shipped from within the EU should not incur additional customs duties. However, if your order is dispatched from outside the EU, import duties or VAT may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
