At Hamdeehcovers, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability.
  • Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@hamdeehcovers.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@hamdeehcovers.com with photos and your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
