This policy governs the relationship between Hamdeeh Covers and any individual or business that sells, promotes, or distributes Hamdeeh Covers products as a marketplace seller or reseller/brand ambassador. By participating in any seller programme offered by Hamdeeh Covers, you agree to the terms outlined below.
This section applies to third-party sellers who list and sell Hamdeeh Covers products through external marketplaces or platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook Marketplace, Jumia, or other e-commerce platforms).
To become an authorised marketplace seller, you must submit an application via our Wholesale & B2B Inquiry page and receive written approval from Hamdeeh Covers. Unauthorised resale of our products is strictly prohibited.
Authorised marketplace sellers must not list Hamdeeh Covers products below the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) set by Hamdeeh Covers. Selling below MAP may result in immediate termination of your seller agreement.
Sellers must accurately represent all Hamdeeh Covers products, including correct descriptions, sizing, materials, and care instructions. Misleading listings are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Sellers may only use product images, descriptions, and branding materials provided or approved by Hamdeeh Covers. You may not alter, crop, or misrepresent our brand assets without written permission.
Marketplace sellers are responsible for managing their own customer communications, returns, and disputes on their respective platforms. Hamdeeh Covers is not liable for any disputes arising between marketplace sellers and their customers.
Hamdeeh Covers reserves the right to revoke marketplace seller authorisation at any time if these terms are violated. Upon termination, the seller must immediately cease all listings and use of Hamdeeh Covers branding.
This section applies to individuals or businesses who promote and sell Hamdeeh Covers products in exchange for a commission, discount, or other agreed compensation.
Interested resellers and brand ambassadors must apply through our Wholesale & B2B Inquiry page. Approval is at the sole discretion of Hamdeeh Covers and is not guaranteed.
Commission rates and compensation structures will be agreed upon in writing before the commencement of any reseller or ambassador arrangement. Rates may vary based on sales volume, platform, and agreement type. Hamdeeh Covers reserves the right to revise commission structures with 30 days' written notice.
Resellers and brand ambassadors are expected to represent Hamdeeh Covers in a professional and positive manner at all times. You must not make false claims about our products, engage in misleading advertising, or associate the brand with content that is offensive, discriminatory, or contrary to our brand values.
Resellers and brand ambassadors may only promote Hamdeeh Covers products through channels that have been pre-approved in writing. Promotion on unapproved platforms may result in termination of the agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, reseller and ambassador arrangements are non-exclusive. Hamdeeh Covers may appoint multiple resellers or ambassadors in the same region or market.
Resellers and brand ambassadors must keep all pricing, commission structures, and business terms confidential and must not disclose them to third parties without prior written consent from Hamdeeh Covers.
Either party may terminate the reseller or ambassador arrangement with 30 days' written notice. Hamdeeh Covers reserves the right to terminate immediately in cases of policy violation, brand misrepresentation, or fraudulent activity.
