General Care Tips

• Read the label: Always follow the care instructions on the garment's label first.
• Wash with care: Most of our modest wear is best washed on a gentle/delicate cycle with cold water.
• Separate colours: Wash dark and light colours separately to prevent colour bleeding.
• Turn inside out: Turn garments inside out before washing to protect the fabric and any embellishments.
• Avoid harsh detergents: Use a mild, gentle detergent. Avoid bleach or fabric softeners unless specified.

Drying

• Air dry whenever possible by laying flat or hanging to maintain the garment's shape.
• Avoid tumble drying unless the label specifically permits it.
• Keep garments away from direct sunlight when drying to prevent fading.

Ironing & Steaming

• Iron on a low to medium heat setting, or use a garment steamer for best results.
• Iron embroidered or embellished areas on the reverse side to protect the detail.
• Use a pressing cloth between the iron and delicate fabrics.

Storage

• Store garments in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Hang abayas and longer pieces to avoid creasing.
• Use breathable garment bags for long-term storage.
